Furthermore, each applicant is carefully screened, tested and reference checked. This process enables us to carefully select the applicants that best match your company's work environment and skill requirements whether the job order is for a Temporary Employee or Regular Full Time (Permanent) Employee.

    Our temporaries can help eliminate high costs of recruitment, overtime, overstaffing and non-productive time, as well as with the new Family Medical Leave Act Law.

    Note: We always give you the option to select the Temporary Employee. If you would like to interview the applicants, simply let us know the most convenient time for you to interview the possible candidates. We will always send you the best qualified applicants that match your assignment requirements.

    Our Temporary Personnel is carefully matched with the right skills required by your company to complete the job assignment. Our Temporaries can fill in for absent or vacationing employees or during peak periods or special projects.

As the employer, we make all deductions required of employers which include deductions for Social Security, Medicare, and Federal W.H. taxes. We also make all contributions for unemployment compensation funds as required by Federal and State Law. All of our Temporary Employees are paid on a weekly basis and are covered by the Texas Workers' Compensation Insurance.

    All our employees are fully covered by our Worker's Compensation Insurance should a work related accident occur. Our Employees are also covered by a Fidelity Bond.

    Note: Temporary Personnel must be in our payroll for at least 90 days before being transferred to your payroll (Temp-to-Regular Full Time Program). We provide benefits to all of our Temporaries All our Temporaries are covered by the Texas Workers' Compensation Call us to take advantage of our group rates

HUMAN RESOURCES
 Border Professional Recruiters, Inc. is a complete Human Resource office. We are responsible for administrating all personnel and personnel needs for your company. We are up-to-date with Law information, Legal forms and Labor Law posters that are required by Federal and State Laws. Furthermore, we maintain a Confidential Employee record folder for each employee.

    Records consist of: Employment Application, I-9 Form, W-4 Form, Copy of Social Security Card and proper I.D., Payroll Information, Attendance Control Form, Employee Warning Notice, Performance Appraisal Review Form, etc. Moreover, we take care of all the Quarterly Reports and end of the year W-2 Forms.
